Bri Tampa (she/they) is a therapist intern who weaves together ancient wisdom traditions and modern psychology to support deep healing and transformation. Their work centers on expanded states of consciousness, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care. Bri creates a grounded, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore, integrate, and grow at a pace that feels safe.
